Returns & Exchanges

Initiate a Return

Domestic USA Orders - Return/Exchange Policy

ChefCode only
accepts returns of UNWORN (excluding trying on the products) and
UNWASHED merchandise with tags within the first 15 days of receiving
order. Please try on all clothing with care, any items with stains or
odors will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If you return your
item, please allow 7-10 business days for inspection and processing. A
return label will be issued once a return authorization is approved and
the shipping cost for your return will be deducted from the refund.


Exchanges
will be free on you first exchange only. ChefCode will cover shipping
fees on your exchanged items sent back to the customer. Any cost
incurred on additional exchanges will be the responsibility of the
customer.
Please
note: currently our exchanges are limited to the exchange of sizes and
color within the same product. We cannot exchange for other styles.


Refunds
on returns will be made in the form of original payment minus a 15%
RESTOCKING FEE. It may take your bank an additional few days to process
the refund to your credit card. Please note: Refunds do not include any
shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged
items.

International Return Policy

All
international orders are not exchangeable or refundable. Please contact
us before ordering if you need to inquire about sizing or about our
products to minimalize any confusion.

Please
email/request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for all
returns and exchanges and a return label with an RMA will be issued.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping back to us.

Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154. Cancellations are subject to order processing status.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to specific destinations. Please check our shipping information or contact customer care for the most up-to-date list of shipping locations.

Lost Order: If your order is lost in the mail, reach out to our customer care team at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for assistance in tracking or resolving the issue.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary and are calculated based on your location and the chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.

Shipping Duration: Shipping times depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please refer to our shipping information for estimated delivery times.

International Shipping Expansion: While we currently ship to specific countries, we are actively exploring the possibility of expanding MEDGEAR shipping to other countries. Stay tuned for updates on our international shipping destinations.

International Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are determined based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. During the checkout process, you will be able to view the calculated shipping costs.

Expedited Shipping: Yes, expedited shipping options are available. You can choose expedited shipping during the checkout process, and additional costs may apply.

Editing Shipping Information: Once an order is placed, editing shipping information may be possible within a limited time frame. Please contact our customer care team promptly at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for assistance with any shipping info changes.

Order Tracking: After placing your order, you can track it through our website using the link above.

Order Not in My Account: If you don't see your order in your account, please ensure you are logged in with the correct account details. If the issue persists, contact our customer care at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for assistance.

Order Not Shipped Yet: If your order has not yet shipped, please be patient as we process orders promptly. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Order in Transit: Once your order is in transit, you can track its status using the provided tracking number. Check the tracking information for real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery date.

Order Did Not Arrive: If your order did not arrive within the expected time frame, first check the tracking information for any updates. If there are concerns, please contact our customer care at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for assistance.

Changing Order Once Placed: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you have specific concerns, contact our customer care team for guidance.

Order Still in Transit - Tracking Status: If your order is still in transit, refer to the tracking status for more information. Tracking statuses often include details about the package's location and any relevant updates. Our Products

Classic Colors: Classic Colors refer to core colors that are consistently available and are not limited edition. These are timeless and permanent additions to our product line.

Limited Edition Scrubs and Colors: Limited Edition styles and colors are special releases that are available for a limited time. These are unique and may not be part of the regular collection.

Pre-Order Products: We currently do not offer pre-order options for our products.

Specific Color Unavailability: If you don't find the specific color you need for work, please reach out to us at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for assistance.

Short and Tall Sizes: We offer short sizes but do not currently have tall sizes. Short sizes may not be available in our newest collections.

Expanding Sizes: We plan to offer more sizes in the future to cater to a broader range of customers.

Sold Out Sizes or Styles: If your size or preferred style is sold out, contact us at info@chefcode.com or call 800-444-2154 for further assistance.
